Once delivered to your imo account, no refunds or cancellations are allowed. Confirm your details before purchase.

– Duplicate payments
– Verified unauthorized transactions
Not eligible for:
– Incorrect account info
– Change of mind
– Fraudulent activity by a sub-merchant
4. Refund Process

– Order number
– Payment reference
– imo ID
– Reason for request
Approved refunds timeline:
– Bank/card: 7–14 business days
– Mobile money/crypto: processed per transaction record and value
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
6. Merchant Responsibility
Loss or fraud by sub-merchants is the merchant’s responsibility, per the Merchant Agreement. The company compensates buyers by deducting the merchant’s balance.
7. Additional Terms to Protect the Company
– Buyers must verify all account details before payment. The company is not responsible for losses from incorrect IDs, usernames, or numbers provided by the buyer.
– The company reserves the right to refuse or hold any order for security checks or suspected fraud until verification is completed.
– Prices and refund rules may change without prior notice. Any changes apply to future orders only.
– Refund requests must include screenshots, payment slips, or any other valid evidence. Missing evidence can result in denial.
– If partial delivery occurred or value was received, only the undelivered portion is refunded.
– Delays or failures due to issues within imo or payment platforms are outside the company’s responsibility. Refund approval depends on confirmation from service providers.
– Any attempt to exploit the system, misuse refunds, or commit fraud will result in permanent suspension of services.
– If merchants cause fraud or delivery delays, the company will recover losses only up to the merchant’s existing balance or earnings.
– The company is not liable for lost profits, delayed delivery damages, or any indirect consequences related to digital item purchases.
– The company’s decision on any refund or dispute is final after internal review.
